LitTrack Pro: How physical bookmarks got my students hooked on reading

Started as a simple Excel sheet to track daily reading. Ended with live leaderboards and custom bookmarks featuring cartoon-me. One of the girls actually asked me “What have you done to us?!”

In short

I teach math, science and English at junior high on Lovund. Master’s in informatics. Had a high-school romteknolog qualification and a detour through development and blockchain research before becoming a teacher — which feels just right.

Outside of work I read a lot, follow space news, enjoy living on Lovund with my family, and tinker with software (AI makes the tinkering part a lot more fun). I’m also open to small side projects — especially simple web pages for companies or other interesting ideas.
